Virgin Hair Orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include your tracking number.

Raw Hair Orders are processed within 21-28 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include your tracking number.
